Following the lecture and presentation tour by project leader Dimitrij Leporskij and InterNICHE coordinator Nick Jukes through Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in May 2012, Dimitrij returned to both Central Asian countries in May 2014. During the four-week trip, he gave presentations at four universities in Kyrgyzstan and two in Uzbekistan. As a result, three agreements were signed on the spot. Some of the teaching materials were delivered directly; additional materials were sent later by mail.

After Dimitrij’s departure, the two universities decided to switch to animal-free methods. Both the materials and the agreements were sent by post. So unfortunately, there are no photos available in this case.
